We want you to love what you buy from Lyons. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may return items within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days.
- Exchanges are available for size, color, or product swaps of equal value.
Refunds
- Refunds exclude original delivery fees, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Return Shipping
- For “change of mind” or "wrong sizing orders" returns: customer covers return shipping.
- For faulty or incorrect items: Lyons covers return shipping or offers in-store drop-off.
How to Return
- In-store: With your item and receipt.
- Online orders: Email us at hello@mrlyons.co.za with your order number. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a shipping label if needed.
Non-returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
