We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with care.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed every weekday morning.
- Orders placed after on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- If you require urgent delivery - please chat to our team - we will see how we can help.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Local Pickup: Available at Lyons in Parktown (orders can be picked up immediately once placed online)
Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability. We always aim to get orders to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Delivery: R99
- Free Shipping on orders over R750
Refunds
- Refunds exclude original delivery fees, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Return Shipping
- For “change of mind” or "wrong sizing orders" returns: customer covers return shipping.
- For faulty or incorrect items: Lyons covers return shipping or offers in-store drop-off.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive notification via email or SMS. We use Courier Guy as our shipping provider.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional fees may apply.
